These are built for working dogs and dogs that do stuff - dogs that shed, get dirty, dig at their beds, and live actual outdoor lives.

These crate pads are made from mil-spec 1000D nylon Cordura in military colors, DWR-treated for water resistance – the same fabric used for tactical gear, rucksacks, and equipment that gets dragged through the dirt. They are filled with a 3" CertiPUR-US certified memory foam pad (they are actually King size mattress pads, cut to size).

Each crate pad is color-blocked from whatever's on the cutting table that day, which means no two beds are exactly alike. You'll get a unique mix of coyote brown, steel gray, ranger green, foliage, sandstone, or whatever else we've sourced. The crate pads in the photos are representative – yours will look similar but one-of-a-kind.

The construction

• Outer cover: mil-spec 1000D nylon Cordura, DWR-treated, single long-side zipper for easy removal and washing
• Every seam is double-stitched for extra durability
• Webbing tabs at each corner for tying down inside a wire crate
• Fill: 3" memory foam from Lounj (USA-made, CertiPUR-US certified)
• Made by hand in Pine, Colorado by us, on our own machines, in our own workshop

Care

Shake it out or hose it off for everyday dirt. For deeper cleaning, remove the cover and wash on delicate/cold, then tumble dry on low.

Our warranty:

30-day satisfaction guarantee: if it doesn't fit your space or your dog won't use it, send it back for a refund (less return shipping).

1-year construction warranty: if a seam pops, a zipper breaks, or hardware fails, we'll fix or replace it free.

What we don't cover: chewing damage (no bed is chew-proof, and we won't pretend ours is), normal foam compression, or general wear from years of use. These crate pads are built to be maintained, not babied.

What to expect

• Ships vacuum-compressed
• Memory foam expands fully within 24-48 hours after unboxing
• Each bed is one-of-a-kind – the photos show a representative bed in this size, yours will be a unique colorway
• If you're picky about colors, message us before ordering and we'll send photos of what we currently have available
• We release these in small batches every few weeks. When a size sells out, hit "Notify Me" and we'll email you when the next batch is available.
• Not chew-proof. No bed is. Don't leave with a destructive chewer unattended
