1000D mil-spec Cordura cover, 3" CertiPUR-US memory foam. Removable, machine washable cover. We make them ourselves in Pine, CO.

COLORS

We recently added a bunch of beautiful accent colors in addition to our trademark military earth tones. When you order a crate pad, choose your base color and your accent color (for example, Steel Gray base + Red accent). The base color will be on the bottom and long sides (including the zipper) of the pad, and the accent color will be on the top and front/back of the pad. If you want our Cotopaxi-inspired mix-and-match military colors, just choose "Military Mix" for both categories. No extra charge for accent colors. WHY 3" OF MEMORY FOAM

Ours is 3" of open-cell CertiPUR-US memory foam, cut from the same king-size mattress foam people sleep on. It gives under weight and pulls pressure off elbows and hips. The pads most people put in these kennels are closed-cell foam sealed in vinyl. They advertise that the foam won't compress, and that's true – it doesn't. Which is why lying on one is a lot like lying on a gym mat. Eight hours on a hard pad is eight hours on a hard pad.

THE ZIPPER

The low-profile zipper runs the length of one side, tucked under a sewn-down flap that covers it completely. Water-resistant Cordura over the whole pad, zipper included. Nothing sticking up for a dog to chew on.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your size tier. See the sizing chart in the product photos if you’re not sure which tier fits your crate.
   
2. Enter your crate brand + model (for example, RuffLand Intermediate or Impact 30 Collapsible) OR the exact interior dimensions of your crate in inches.
3. Choose your base color for the bottom and long sides of the pad, including the zipper panel.
4. Choose your accent color for the top, front, and back of the pad.
5. Choose whether you want tie-down tabs.
6. Tell us anything else we should know.

We'll confirm details with you, then cut and sew. Ships within 5-7 business days.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR A CUSTOM PAD

For hard-shell crates (RuffLand, Impact, Dakota, Vari Kennel, Gunner), measure the interior floor. For wire crates (Midwest, etc.), measure the exterior frame.

Odd sizes, double compartments, and one-off builds are not a problem. That's most of what we do.

BUILT FOR WORKING DOGS

Our beds and crate pads are tough and durable. The 1000D Cordura is what the military uses for backpacks, duffel bags, etc. No dog bed is indestructible, though. As Todd likes to say: "Every dog deserves a bed. Until they don't."

OUR WARRANTY

If the fit is off let us know and we will make it right!

Lifetime construction warranty: if a seam pops, a zipper breaks, or hardware fails, we'll fix or replace it free.

What we don't cover: chewing damage (no bed is chew-proof, and we won't pretend ours is), normal foam compression, or general wear from years of use. These beds are built to be maintained, not babied. Replacement covers and foam refills available - just message us.

CUSTOM / MADE TO ORDER - NO RETURNS

Because every pad is cut to your specific crate, we can't accept returns. If something arrives wrong (wrong size, defect, damaged in shipping), message us immediately and we'll make it right. We just can't take back a pad that fits your crate but isn't what you imagined.

CARE

Shake it out or hose it off for everyday dirt (don't jet spray or power wash). For deeper cleaning, remove the cover and wash on cold, then tumble dry on low.
